The Apartments
This fabulous, finca-style property is wonderfully situated in the tranquility of a nature reserve in the island's northeast, but despite this, it is only seven kilometres away from Colonia de Sant Pere. After restoration, the main building, whose origins date back to the 16th century, has been converted into 5 independent apartments that vary in size and can be reached by crossing a picturesque inner courtyard. Additionally, there is a charming chapel, where wedding ceremonies can be held. The furniture and fittings are very comfortable, in rustic Mallorcan style. All the apartments have generously-sized private terraces, some of them having great views of Alcudia Bay. Open fireplaces in three apartments, as well as central heating, enable you to have a comfortable and unforgettable stay, even in cooler times of the year. A larger swimming-pool and a smaller one, which is used as a children's pool, can be found in the lovingly maintained garden.
